Certified Champion in Lean – CChL® Exam
CChL Exam
The IIBLC® exam is based on:
- – Theory part: Written test (paper & pencil format) with sixty, multiple-choice questions. Candidates have three hours to complete the test. To pass the test candidates must answer at least 70% of the questions correctly.
- – Practical part: Written report where candidates demonstrate their practical skills. The report must be sent directly to IIBLC® within one year of passing the theory exam. The report must be countersigned by the top-level management of the company where the project was implemented. The signature of the top-level management authorises the IIBLC® committee to perform a check if it so wishes. The report will be evaluated by one or more members of the Content Committee. The report will be sent directly to IIBLC® after the theory part of the exam has been passed and will be evaluated by one or more members of the Board. To pass the test candidates must answer at least 70% of the questions correctly.
- Candidates must successfully complete Black Belt (CBBL®) certification to be eligible for this exam.
