The Executive Master in Operations Management is designed to prepare candidates for the CPIM Part 1 exam.
Advance has designed the Live Webinar Training to meet the needs of candidates who for personal or professional reasons cannot attend the classroom lessons. Participants can combine private study with one-and-a-half hour of webinar sessions led by a certified instructor. The sessions are held every week.
The course finishes with a discussion of the results of a mock exam. At the end of training, participants will take the APICS CPIM Part 1 exam.
The CPIM Part 1 program comprehensively covers all the tools involved in operations management.
Course objectives:
- To transfer knowledge about the best practices in the area of Operations Management.
- To prepare candidates for CPIM Part 1 exam. To assist the passage from knowledge to skills.
