CSSGB Interactive Learning – Webinar Mode

Webinar mode certification is a live online educational presentation designed to prepare candidates for the Certified Six Sigma Green Belt (CSSGB) international certification awarded by ASQ, The Global Voice of Quality.

The course is a webinar in the live mode with direct interaction between the course trainer and the participants.

The lessons are recorded so that participants can listen to them later.

The Webinar mode Six Sigma Master has been designed to meet the needs of candidates who for personal or professional reasons cannot attend the full-time classroom lessons.

The Six Sigma Black Belt is a professional who can explain the philosophy, principles and tools of Six Sigma. This professional can demonstrate leadership and an understanding of team dynamics and is able to assign roles and responsibilities to members of the team.
The Six Sigma Black Belt professional has in-depth knowledge of all the aspects of the define, measure, analyse, improve and control (DMAIC) steps. This professional has a basic knowledge of Lean Enterprise concepts and can identify non value added elements and activities and use specific tools.

At the end of the Six Sigma course there is a final exam at the school. Candidates successfully completing the exam will be awarded Six Sigma Black Belt certification by Advance School. The exam consists of a multiple-choice theory test and the presentation of a Six Sigma project actually implemented by the candidate.

The objectives of the Six Sigma course are:

  • – To provide a structured approach to describing the cultural and organisational changes necessary to successfully implement the Six Sigma method.
  • – To consolidate the knowledge about Project Management and Change Management essential to leading an improvement project.
  • – To provide the tools for highlighting the critical factors to be faced and the solutions to be adopted. Learning is accelerated here by the examination of case studies where Six Sigma is implemented.

For more details about the ASQ exam, eligibility for the course and enrolment instructions refer to the dedicated section ASQ exams on the site.
